Job Description:

Voila Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proficiency in English and excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, preparing reports, and providing strategic financial support to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage company accounts and ensure accuracy in all financial operations.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Provide financial support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage the finance team, providing training and supervision as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate from the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Institute, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance and accounting field.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make information-based decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional accounting software and tools.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
